Evans Vanodine Multi-Acid™ is a concentrated blended acid cleaner and descaler designed for effective CIP cleaning in dairy environments. Its combination of nitric and phosphoric acids provides a synergistic cleaning action, helping to rapidly remove milkstone and other stubborn scale deposits from milking equipment and utensils.
Multi-Acid™ is suitable for single- and multi-stage CIP descaling, as well as regular and robotic milking plants. It can also be used in acid boiling water (ABW) cleaning systems and acidified rinse CIP systems for raw milk silos and lines.
The non-foaming formulation makes Multi-Acid™ suitable for circulation cleaning, while its economical performance makes it particularly useful as part of a regular night-wash programme. For scale removal, the product can be used at concentrations of 1–4% v/v, depending on the level of soiling and scale. Thorough rinsing with clean water is required after treatment.
