Choose Paper Napkins for Your Service
Match the napkin to the meal and table setting. Compact cocktail napkins suit drinks and small snacks; lunch napkins offer practical coverage for cafés and casual dining; larger dinner napkins suit restaurant tables and catered functions. Check each product’s exact dimensions, material, fold and case quantity.
Cocktail, Lunch and Dinner Formats
Explore cocktail napkins for bar service, 33cm lunch napkins for everyday meals and dinner napkins for larger place settings. Sizes and ply ratings vary, including between colours.
Tissue and Airlaid Options
Ply describes the number of tissue layers. Airlaid is a different disposable material with a soft, cloth-like feel. Browse airlaid napkins when that finish suits your presentation. Neither colour nor appearance alone establishes dispenser compatibility, recycled content or disposal requirements.
Plan Table Settings and Replenishment
Choose colours that coordinate with your venue and table coverings. Calculate quantities from the expected covers and number of sittings, allowing spare napkins for replacements. Keep unused packs clean and dry. If using a holder, compare its required dimensions and fold with the selected napkin before ordering.
Disposable napkins avoid laundering between services, while reusable linen requires a separate washing routine. Compare the products and your operation’s needs without assuming that one format is always cheaper or has a lower environmental impact.
Coordinating Table Accessories

Paper Napkins FAQs
What is the difference between a napkin and a serviette?
Both terms are used for table napkins. Check the size, material and fold rather than relying on the name alone.
Does the listed size describe the folded napkin?
It normally describes the unfolded dimensions. Check the product details for the supplied fold.
Will any napkin fit my holder?
No. Compare the holder specification with the napkin’s folded size and format.
Are all paper napkins recyclable or compostable?
Do not assume a range-wide claim. Check the selected product information and your waste provider’s guidance, including how food contamination affects disposal.
