Sanitary Towel Bins
Sanitary towel bins provide a discreet place for customers, staff and visitors to dispose of used sanitary products in commercial washrooms. Astral Hygiene supplies the 17L white sanitary bin for offices, hotels, restaurants and public facilities, helping you equip toilet cubicles with a dedicated sanitary waste container.
When choosing a sanitary bin, consider the space beside the toilet, expected usage and how waste will be collected. A practical washroom setup combines a suitable bin with regular checks, cleaning and an agreed waste disposal arrangement. Browse the product details below for specifications and ordering information, or contact our Scottish Borders team for help choosing washroom supplies for your premises. UK-wide delivery is available.
Choosing a sanitary waste bin
Start by measuring the available floor space in each toilet cubicle. Leave enough room for the door to open and for the bin to be positioned where it is easy to use. Check the dimensions in the product listing before ordering, especially where cubicles are narrow or several fixtures share a small space.
Think about how many people use the washroom and how often it is checked. A bin that suits a quiet office may need a different servicing routine in a busy hotel or visitor facility. Give cleaning staff clear responsibility for checking the bin and follow the product instructions when cleaning it.
Planning your washroom supplies
A sanitary bin forms one part of a complete washroom setup. Keep toilet tissue, hand soap and hand drying supplies available, and include sanitary waste containers in your regular cleaning checklist. Plan waste collection before putting bins into use so staff know how the contents will be handled.
Review the individual product page for capacity, dimensions and any supplied accessories. If you are ordering for several cubicles, count the containers required and check whether you need additional general waste bins elsewhere in the washroom.
The 17ltr Sanitary Bin White gives washroom users a dedicated place to dispose of used sanitary products. This compact, pedal-operated bin is Robert Scott product 103597, with a 17-litre capacity and a neutral white finish. It is a practical choice when equipping individual toilet cubicles in staff, visitor or customer washrooms. Measure your intended position so the pedal and lid remain easy to use. Include the bin in your regular washroom cleaning and waste collection routine to keep the disposal point ready for users.
Sanitary Bins for Business Washrooms
A dedicated sanitary towel bin helps users dispose of sanitary products discreetly inside the toilet cubicle. It is a practical addition to staff and customer toilets in offices, hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities and other shared premises. The 17L white sanitary bin listed here provides a separate container for this waste stream.
Choosing the Right Sanitary Towel Bin
- Capacity: consider the number of users and your planned collection frequency.
- Cubicle space: check the product dimensions and leave room for comfortable use of the toilet.
- Access: position the bin where it is easy to reach without obstructing the door.
- Cleaning: choose a location that allows staff to clean the bin and surrounding floor.
- Servicing: agree responsibility for checks, emptying and replacement before use.
Cleaning and Waste Collection
Include sanitary bins in your routine washroom checks. Follow the product’s cleaning instructions and arrange collection before the container becomes overfilled. Confirm the appropriate disposal route with your waste contractor for your premises and waste type. Buying a bin does not itself arrange a collection service.
