Directions for Use
Routine robotic washing
Use Robo Acid at 0.5% within the Evans programme of two separate Robo Alkali washes and one Robo Acid wash per day. Follow the equipment manufacturer's cycle settings and required rinses. The guide gives 150 ml for a 30-litre water-tank fill or 225 ml for a 45-litre fill; check the actual boiler fill level before dosing. Never mix the products.
Milkstone removal
Prepare the manufacturer's 5% dilution using 50 ml per litre of hot or cold water. First rinse milk from the equipment with clean, cold water. Immerse the rinsed equipment in the prepared solution, or circulate the solution, for 10 minutes. Drain, then rinse thoroughly under clean, cold running water to remove all acid traces.
Monthly milkstone prevention
Use the manufacturer's 0.9% dilution, 9 ml per litre of hot or cold water, once a month. Follow the same pre-rinse, 10-minute treatment, draining and thorough final rinsing sequence as the removal routine.
Before returning equipment to use
