Keep dairy equipment clean and performing at its best with Evans Vanodine Acid Brite™. This concentrated acid cleaner is specially formulated to remove milkstone, cream lines and mineral deposits from bulk tanks, pipelines and milking equipment.
Its methane sulphonic acid and surfactant formula delivers excellent cleaning performance while remaining suitable for use on all types of dairy bulk tanks. Acid Brite™ can be used in hot or cold cleaning cycles, performs effectively in both hard and soft water, and is ideal as part of alternating acid and alkali wash programmes. It is also suitable for robotic milking parlours, providing a versatile solution for modern dairy operations.

User Instructions
Spray cleaning of all types of bulk milk tanks
- Dilute 200ml with 40 litres of cold or hot water (8fl.oz to 10 gall.)
- Rinse milk off equipment with clean cold water
- Follow the tank manufacturer’s instructions for automatic or hand-operated spray equipment
- Drain and rinse thoroughly with clean cold water to remove all traces of acid
Alternative in-place cleaning of milking parlours
- Dilute 40ml - 200ml with 40 litres (8fl.oz to 10 gall.) of hot water or cold water, depending on water hardness & soil load
- Immediately after milking is over thoroughly rinse the plant with clean water (preferably warm) and run to waste
- Add to the wash trough, at the above dilution rate, and circulate for 10 minutes, then run to waste
- Rinse plant thoroughly with clean water and allow to drain completely
Scale Removal
Dilute 1 litre with 40 litres of cold or hot water (40fl.oz to 10 galls.) For occasional descaling of milking plant, use as often as required, (as for spray cleaning) to keep equipment free from scale.
