A detergent for cluster flush and teat brush systems. Effectively cleans clusters between each cow or when used through teat brush systems.
Maintain high standards of dairy hygiene with Evans Vanodine Cleansan™, a concentrated detergent developed specifically for cluster flush and teat-brush cleaning systems.
The QAC-free formulation effectively cleans milking clusters between each animal, helping to maintain hygiene throughout the milking process. Formulated without peracetic acid, Cleansan™ reduces the risk of corrosion to equipment while still delivering excellent cleaning performance.
Its highly concentrated formula offers exceptional economy, with one 25-litre container making up to 200 litres of concentrate or the equivalent of 20,000 litres of cleaning solution when used at a 1% dilution rate. This makes Cleansan™ a cost-effective choice for busy dairy operations.
Make 200 litres of solution in a clean, empty 200 litre drum:
Add 25 litres of Cleansan™ and then add 175 litres of clean water.
Ensure thoroughly mixed before use.
Set cluster flush dosing unit to 0.5-1.0% and insert the dosing tube into the drum.
Use this solution at a concentration of 2-5% through the teat brush system. Use in conjunction with
a suitable disinfectant (eg. Peradox™)
