PW54 - Endurance Plus Visor Helmet
The PW54 is manufactured from a durable ABS shell with an unvented design, creating a robust outer structure suitable for applications requiring electrical insulation properties. The helmet incorporates a retractable clear polycarbonate visor that can be lowered when required and retracted neatly into the shell when not in use. The visor features anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings to help maintain visibility and durability.
Inside, the helmet features a 6-point textile suspension harness that distributes weight evenly across the head. A wheel ratchet adjustment system allows the fit to be adjusted between approximately 56–63cm for a secure and personalised fit. A comfort sweatband is fitted to the internal harness, while the included 4-point chin strap helps maintain stability.
The helmet is compatible with selected Portwest accessories, including PW47 and PS47 clip-on ear defenders, and replacement visors are available. The shell is supplied in multiple colour options, including yellow (PW54YER).
The PW54 is certified to EN 397, EN 50365 Class 0, EN 166 and ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I Class E standards.
