The Portwest PS54 Endurance Plus Hard Hat is an unvented ABS safety helmet featuring a 6-point textile suspension system, wheel ratchet adjustment and integrated chin strap. It is designed with a full internal harness and modular compatibility for accessory systems.
The PS54 is constructed from a durable unvented ABS shell designed to maintain structural integrity while providing a rigid protective outer layer. The closed-shell design supports electrical insulation performance and impact resistance.
Internally, the helmet uses a 6-point textile suspension harness that distributes weight evenly across the head. This is paired with a wheel ratchet adjustment system allowing precise sizing for a stable fit between approximately 52–63 cm.
A 4-point chin strap is included as standard, attaching to the shell to improve stability and secure positioning. A foam sweatband is fitted to the front of the internal harness for comfort and moisture absorption.
The helmet is designed with accessory compatibility slots for clip-on ear defenders and visor systems, allowing integration with compatible Portwest attachments. The shell is manufactured in multiple colourways including black (PS54BKR).
