R102KEV - Robo Alkali 25ltr
Evans Vanodine Robo Alkali is a highly concentrated alkaline cleaner designed specifically for cleaning robotic milking equipment and conventional milking machines.
The chlorine-free formulation uses a high-strength stabilised sodium hydroxide solution to effectively remove milk residues, fats, oils and protein deposits. It also contains sequestrants and suspending agents that help prevent calcium deposits from accumulating on equipment surfaces, supporting thorough cleaning and helping to maintain milking system hygiene.
Robo Alkali is non-foaming and easy to rinse away, making it suitable for in-place circulation cleaning. It is effective in both hard and soft water and can be used alongside Evans Vanodine Robo Acid as part of an alternating acid-alkali wash programme. The product is supplied in a 25-litre container.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
CIP SYSTEMS:
Initially pre-rinse pipeline with clean water and run to waste.
Make up a hot solution (75-95°C) at a dilution of 0.8-1.0% v/v, depending on soiling levels.
Circulate through pipe systems and bulk tanks as required, for up to 15 minutes.
Run the solution to waste - or if a recovery system is installed, run the first 100 litres to waste before
filling the recovery tank.
Rinse the system with clean cold water and allow to drain.
PASTEURISER SYSTEMS:
Pre-rinse plant to drain with cold water.
Make up a solution of Robo Alkali at 15 ml per litre of water. In hard water areas, use a concentration
of 20 ml per litre.
Heat solution to 75°C and circulate for up to 20 minutes.
Allow plant to cool, pump to drain and rinse with cold water.
MANUAL/SOAK CLEANING
For soak cleaning, first remove as much gross soiling as possible by hand.
Make up hot solution (50°C) of Robo Alkali between 1-5% as applicable.
