Evans Vanodine Vanorinse® is a concentrated chlorinated alkaline cleaner designed for cleaning milking plants and pipelines. Its fast-acting formulation efficiently removes milk residues and helps tackle the fats and deposits that can build up during regular milking operations.
The non-foaming formula mixes easily with water and rinses freely, making it suitable for circulation cleaning of milking systems. Vanorinse® also helps defat and protect rubber components while helping to prevent milkstone build-up.
The cleaner is effective across all water hardness levels, thanks to added sequestrants that support consistent cleaning performance. For in-place cleaning of milking plants and pipelines, Vanorinse® is diluted at 125ml per 40 litres of hot water. It can also be used for manual cleaning of dairy equipment at the recommended dilution.
Where chlorinated mains water is not available or if the supply if suspect, DAIRY HYPOCHLORITE may be added to the final clean water rinse at 25ml to 40 litres of water (1 fl.oz/10 gall).
