Evans Vanodine EvaFoam™ is a ready-to-use teat disinfectant and cleaning solution formulated for use before and after milking. It can be applied as a foam, dip or spray, providing flexibility for different dairy milking routines.
The formulation combines chlorhexidine gluconate and lactic acid as dual biocides, providing effective disinfection of cows' teats and udder. EvaFoam™ passes the EN 1656 European disinfectant test against bacteria with a 30-second contact time.
Its extra-high foaming formulation is designed to improve coverage and contact with the teat surface, helping to ensure thorough application. The addition of allantoin and glycerol emollients helps smooth and soften teat skin as part of the regular milking hygiene routine.
EvaFoam™ is supplied ready to use, with no dilution required, and is available in 25ltr pack sizes.
Make sure udder and teats are clean and dry before using this product.
Fill foaming teat dip cup two thirds full with Evafoam™. No dilution is required. Squeeze cup to
generate the foam. Dip teats of every cow, making sure that the full length of the teat is immersed.
Allow 30 seconds contact time, then using a single service paper towel, wipe and dry the teats
thoroughly, before continuing with the normal milking routine. Top up with fresh solution as
required. Empty and wash out cups after milking.
