Floral Disinfectant Concentrate

Floor Maintainer Concentrate is supplied in a 1L dosing bottle for routine care of compatible polished floors. The Selden formulation contains polymer and wax to support shine and durability, and can be used for spray cleaning or damp mopping followed by burnishing with a suitable soft or medium pad. Match the maintenance method to the floor finish and follow both the bottle guide and the flooring manufacturer’s care instructions. Use the built-in reservoir to measure the concentrate, preparing the working solution for the chosen container as directed. This product is a floor maintainer, so check its suitability before applying it to an unfamiliar finish or introducing it into an existing floor-care programme.

Jeyes C1x is a super concentrated cleaner sanitiser supplied in a 1-litre dosing bottle for commercial kitchens, catering areas and other washable hard surfaces. Its fragrance-free, non-tainting formulation combines cleaning with disinfection, helping teams prepare measured spray solutions for daily hygiene tasks. It is tested to BS EN 1276 and BS EN 14476, with different doses and contact times for different organisms. For the manufacturer’s bacterial spray application, add one 10ml dose to an empty bottle and top up to 750ml, then allow 30 seconds of contact. Norovirus treatment requires pre-cleaning, four 10ml doses and 5 minutes. Rinse treated surfaces with clean water and allow to air dry, following the current product label.

Glass Cleaner Concentrate V600 is a Selden glass and mirror cleaner supplied in a 1L dosing bottle. Its concentrated formulation is ammonia-free and contains no abrasives, and is designed to leave a smear-free finish. It suits cleaning teams preparing working solution for routine glass and mirror care in commercial premises. Use the bottle’s dosing reservoir and follow the pictorial dilution guide rather than estimating a dose. The label distinguishes trigger-bottle preparation from larger bucket use, so check the intended container before mixing. Always read the current product label and safety information, and confirm compatibility with any specialist glazing, coating or finish before cleaning. Store the concentrate in its original labelled bottle.

Selden Multi Purpose Cleaner Concentrate is a pine-fragranced detergent for routine cleaning of suitable water-washable surfaces. It can be prepared for trigger-bottle cleaning or damp mopping, giving cleaning teams two application methods from the same concentrate. The dosing bottle uses a top reservoir to measure the product before it is added to water. Follow the pictorial guide on the supplied bottle and check that the surface or floor finish permits the intended cleaning method. Fill the reservoir, then add the measured contents to the appropriate bottle or bucket of water as directed. Do not add a second reservoir dose to a trigger bottle. For larger buckets, follow the product instructions rather than estimating a stronger mixture.
