Portwest P941 P3 R Particle Filters use the Portwest bayonet connection for compatible reusable half and full-face masks. This pack contains six filters, providing three matched pairs for twin-filter facepieces. The particle-filter design is intended for assessed airborne-particle hazards and must be used with a suitable, correctly fitted mask. Compatible models include the P500 full-face mask and P420, P430, P421 and P431 half masks. These cartridges do not use the threaded connection fitted to the P410. Confirm the hazard assessment, mask model and filter marking before issue. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for fitting, inspection, storage and replacement, and replace filters as a pair when required.

Portwest P351 FFP3 Valved Dolomite Fold Flat Respirators combine a compact vertical fold with an exhalation valve. Twenty individually wrapped masks are supplied per pack, making unused respirators straightforward to store and issue. The nose clip and padded nose bridge help position the facepiece, while welded head straps hold it in place. The FFP3 NR D classification includes the optional dolomite clogging-test designation. The Portwest P410 Auckland Half Mask is a reusable respirator with a soft TPE facepiece and two threaded filter connections. Its low-profile shape leaves space around the eyes, while an adjustable quick-release harness helps position the mask. An exhalation valve releases warm air from inside the facepiece during use. Filters are sold separately and must be selected for both this connection system and the assessed workplace hazard. The P410 uses compatible Portwest screw-in filters; bayonet cartridges are a different fitting. Arrange face-fit testing for the wearer, check the seal every time the mask is fitted and maintain the facepiece according to the supplied cleaning and inspection instructions.

The Portwest P500 Vienna Full Face Mask combines a thermoplastic rubber facepiece with a panoramic polycarbonate visor. Its six-point adjustable harness uses quick-release buckles, and the visor has anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments. Two bayonet connections accept compatible Portwest filters, which are supplied separately from the mask. The facepiece is classified to EN 136 Class 2, but the protection available depends on the filters selected and the quality of the face seal. Assess the contaminants and exposure levels before choosing the complete assembly. Arrange face-fit testing for the wearer, check the seal before every use and follow Portwest’s instructions for cleaning, inspection and filter replacement.
