P500 - Vienna Full Face Mask
The Portwest P500 Vienna Full Face Mask is engineered for demanding environments where full respiratory and facial protection is required. Certified to EN 136 Class 2, it is designed for use with interchangeable bayonet filters (sold separately), allowing protection against particulates, gases and vapours depending on the filter type used.
The mask features a durable thermoplastic rubber (TPR) face seal combined with a wide polycarbonate panoramic visor, giving excellent all-round visibility while maintaining impact resistance and chemical durability.
A key feature is its six-point adjustable harness system, which attaches to the rigid body of the mask rather than the face seal. This improves weight distribution and helps maintain a consistent, secure seal across different face shapes.
Twin exhalation valves help reduce heat and moisture build-up inside the mask, improving comfort during prolonged use. The visor is also treated with anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings to maintain visibility in challenging working conditions.
Designed for heavy-duty industrial use, the P500 is suitable for environments such as chemical handling, manufacturing, spraying, and maintenance where full-face respiratory protection is required.
