PW94 - Replacement Mesh Visor

Portwest PW54 Endurance Plus Visor Helmet combines an unvented ABS shell with a retractable clear PW56 visor. Its six-point textile suspension and wheel-ratchet headband provide adjustment within the manufacturer’s 56–63cm range. A sweatband and chin strap are supplied, and replacement visor parts are available for maintaining the assembly. Choose the colour shown in the product options and check both the helmet and visor markings against the job requirements. Integrated eye protection does not automatically provide the full-face or specialist protection a task may need. Use only approved accessory combinations, inspect the shell, suspension and visor before use, and follow the supplied fitting, cleaning, storage and replacement instructions. Select any additional protective equipment through the workplace assessment.

Portwest CV16 Clear APET Foam Top Visors combine a transparent screen with a padded headband for comfortable forehead contact. The 250-micron APET screen has an anti-fog coating and measures 33cm across by 22cm high. Its clear design keeps the wearer’s view of the task and surrounding area open while placing a screen in front of the face. The pack contains 100 visors, making it convenient to allocate supplies across a team or keep replacement stock ready at a workplace issue point. CV16 is supplied in one size. Fit each visor according to the supplied instructions and check that it stays secure with a clear view. Inspect the screen and fittings before use, and keep unused visors protected from scratches and contamination.

Portwest PW55 Endurance Visor Helmet brings a retractable clear PW56 visor together with a vented ABS shell. Its six-point textile suspension uses wheel-ratchet adjustment across the manufacturer’s 56–63cm range. A sweatband and chin strap are included, and the visor can be retracted when it is not needed. Select the colour in the product options and check the separate helmet and visor markings against the work being carried out. The vented PW55 should not be assumed to share the electrical ratings of unvented Endurance models. Confirm accessory compatibility and the protection needed for the complete task. Inspect the shell, harness, strap and visor before use, and follow the supplied cleaning, storage, service-life and replacement instructions.

Portwest PW98 Forestry Combi Kit brings together a vented safety helmet, hearing protectors and a mesh face visor for suitable outdoor work. The helmet has a ratchet-adjusted headband and a six-point textile suspension, with a chin strap included. The combined arrangement keeps the components together while allowing their fit to be checked individually. The kit is listed in orange. Select it against the hazards, noise levels and other PPE required for the task, and follow the supplied assembly and adjustment instructions. A mesh visor does not provide a sealed barrier to liquids or fine particles. Inspect the shell, harness, visor and ear-muff seals before use, and replace components only with the approved parts specified for this kit.
