FT50 - Steel Leather and Textile Trainer S1 FO SR
The FT50 Steelite Mersey Trainer is designed to combine the look and feel of a sports trainer with essential workplace safety protection. The upper is made from a blend of suede leather and textile materials, reinforced with a breathable 3D mesh lining that helps improve airflow and comfort during long periods of wear.
Protection is provided by a 200-joule steel toe cap, helping safeguard against impact in industrial and warehouse environments. The shoe is also antistatic and meets EN ISO 20345 S1 safety standards, making it suitable for general indoor workplace use where basic protection is required.
The dual-density PU/PU outsole is engineered to provide grip, cushioning and durability. It is SRC-rated for slip resistance on ceramic and steel surfaces, and also offers fuel and oil resistance for added practicality in workshop environments. An energy-absorbing heel region helps reduce impact stress during walking and standing.
Inside, a cushioned footbed is designed to reduce foot fatigue over long shifts, while the lightweight construction supports ease of movement throughout the day. The overall design focuses on comfort, flexibility and everyday durability in a low-profile safety shoe format.
