Description

Suma Bac D10 Concentrated is a highly concentrated detergent disinfectant for one-step cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces in food premises.

Key Properties

Suma Bac D10 Concentrated is a combination of a Quaternary Ammonium Compound, a sequestrant and a buffer system making this product very effective against a wide range of micro-organisms in all water conditions. The formulation also contains surfactants to provide excellent cleaning power. Suma Bac D10 Concentrated dose is controlled through the Johnson Diversey Divermite dispenser making the product very economical in use.

User Instructions

Suma Bac D10 Concentrated is supplied in flexible 1.5L plastic pouches designed to fit into the JohnsonDiversey Divermite Dispenser.

Spray Cleaning and Disinfection:

1. Fill up the bottle with water. Insert bottle in the Divermite dispenser and push once (10 ml / 750 ml)
2. Remove any excess soil from the surface
3. Spray onto surface to be cleaned
4. Leave for 5 minutes and wipe the surface clean
5. Rinse food contact surfaces thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry
6. For pre-cleaned surfaces, apply the product and leave for at least 30 seconds.
7. Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water and allow to dry.

A made up spray bottle of product will be active for up to seven days. Rinse and dry bottle before refilling.

General Cleaning and Disinfection:

1. Use at a concentration of 4 pushes (60 ml) in 6L of hand hot water
2. Remove excess soil from the surface
3. Apply solution with cloth or brush
4. Leave for 5 minutes and wipe the surface clean
5. Rinse food contact surfaces thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry

For heavily soiled items, pre-clean surface using Suma Bac D10 Concentrated.

Under recommended conditions of use, Suma Bac D10 Concentrated is suitable for use on all materials commonly encountered in the kitchen.

Microbiological Data

• Suma Bac D10 Concentrated has been tested by an independent laboratory using the European Standard Test Method EN1276.
• Suma Bac D10 Concentrated passed the EN1276 at the recommended dilution (1%), in dirty conditions (0.3% bovine albumin), hard water (300ppm Calcium Carbonate), at 20°C, using the standard 5 minute contact time.
