Evans Vanodine Alu Safe Tray Wash is a concentrated automatic machine detergent developed for cleaning trays, crates, utensils and ware while protecting aluminium and other caustic-sensitive materials.
Its low-foaming formula effectively removes fat, grease, burnt-on food debris and carbon deposits from aluminium, zinc trays, glazed pots, metal equipment, plastic trays, crates and polycarbonate items. The detergent is suitable for use through automatic tray, crate and ware washing machines as well as for manual soaking and washing when required.
Designed for professional kitchens and food processing facilities, Alu Safe Tray Wash performs effectively in soft, medium and hard water. The concentrated formulation provides excellent economy, with recommended dosing rates of 2–5ml per litre through automatic warewashing machines or up to 1:400 dilution for manual cleaning, depending on soiling levels and water hardness.

FOR USE IN AUTOMATIC MACHINES:
Dispense into an automatic machine through an electronic dispenser at a ratio of 2-5 ml per
litre, at 55-700C, or in accordance with the machine manufacturer’s instructions.
For tray/crate washing in the Food & Beverage Industry use 0.5-3.0% (5-30 ml per litre) at
55-700C.
FOR MANUAL WASHING:
Dilute upto 1:400 parts hot water depending on soiling & water hardness
(25 ml per 10 L / 1 x per 10 L).
Immerse trays & utensils in solution until soiling is loosened. Remove soil by light brushing
or scrubbing. Rinse with clean water.
