Evans Alu Safe Tray Wash is a concentrated, low-foaming detergent designed for cleaning trays, crates and utensils. Safe for aluminium and other caustic-sensitive surfaces, it effectively removes grease, burnt-on food and carbon deposits.

Its low-foaming, aluminium-safe formula quickly removes grease, fat, burnt-on food debris and carbon deposits without damaging sensitive metal surfaces.
Suitable for aluminium, zinc trays, glazed pots, polycarbonate, plastic crates and other caustic-sensitive materials, it delivers excellent cleaning performance in soft, medium and hard water conditions. The concentrated formula is economical to use, making it ideal for commercial kitchens, bakeries and food processing environments.
Designed for professional use, Alu Safe Tray Wash can be dispensed through automatic wash systems or diluted for manual soaking, providing a versatile solution for maintaining clean food preparation equipment and utensils.
Key Features
Dispense into an automatic machine through an electronic dispenser at a ratio of 2-5 ml per
litre, at 55-700C, or in accordance with the machine manufacturer’s instructions.
For tray/crate washing in the Food & Beverage Industry use 0.5-3.0% (5-30 ml per litre) at
55-700C.
Dilute upto 1:400 parts hot water depending on soiling & water hardness
(25 ml per 10 L / 1 x per 10 L).
Immerse trays & utensils in solution until soiling is loosened. Remove soil by light brushing
or scrubbing. Rinse with clean water.
