Evans Clean Fast Foaming Washroom Cleaner
Evans Clean Fast Foaming Washroom Cleaner removes limescale, body fat and stubborn soiling from commercial washroom surfaces. Its thick, clinging foam keeps the cleaner in contact with vertical areas, while an invisible barrier helps prevent soap and hard-water deposits. Clean Fast has documented EN 1276 bactericidal performance and approval for ALTRO flooring.
EN 1276 performance and ALTRO approval
Evans’ microbiological profile records EN 1276 bacterial testing with undiluted product, a five-minute contact time, hard water and dirty conditions at 20°C. Clean Fast also carries Evans’ stated ALTRO flooring approval.
Clinging foam and easier surface care
The thick foam helps maintain contact for cleaning vertical surfaces. Clean Fast leaves an invisible barrier that reduces soap and hard-water deposits, with easy-clean, anti-fogging and spot-free drying properties.
Limescale and body-fat removal
Clean Fast tackles mineral deposits, body fat and stubborn soiling on porcelain, stainless steel, chrome, ceramic and quarry tiles. Its tangerine fragrance complements regular cleaning of washbasins, shower cubicles and changing areas.

Directions for Use
1. Check the surface and prepare safely
Read the container label and current Safety Data Sheet before use. Do not apply to enamel baths, marble or limestone. Check the surface manufacturer's cleaning guidance and use eye protection as directed by the SDS; protective gloves are recommended for prolonged or repeated contact. Keep cleaning products separate and do not mix them.
2. Clean and descale with the trigger bottle
Spray onto the compatible surface and wipe with a clean damp cloth. For stubborn soil or scale, allow the product to work before agitating and wiping off. The current information sheet does not prescribe a fixed descaling dwell time. Refill the foaming trigger bottle from the refill container with undiluted Clean Fast for this cleaning and descaling application.
3. Prepare general-cleaning solutions
For general cleaning, Evans specifies 1:50 in warm water, expressed as 100ml per 5 litres. Damp mop the floor or wipe the surface with a clean cloth. For a foaming bottle used for general cleaning, the manufacturer allows undiluted product or dilution up to 1:10 depending on the application. Do not substitute this general-cleaning dilution for the undiluted descaling refill instruction.
4. Complete the task and store correctly
Finish by removing loosened soil with the specified clean damp cloth or mop, and leave floors safe for users. Where bacterial performance is required, follow the label and the manufacturer's test conditions rather than assuming a quick cleaning wipe provides disinfection. Store in the original container in a cool, ventilated place, away from oxidising agents, and follow the SDS for handling and disposal.
