CT370 - Professional Carpet Extraction Machine
The Numatic CT370 combines solution application and wet recovery in a compact carpet extraction machine. It is a practical choice for periodic cleaning of suitable carpets, upholstery and vehicle fabrics where an operator needs to wash the material and recover dirty water during the same job.
The PowerFlo pump supplies cleaning solution to the extraction tool while the TwinFlo bypass motor provides wet pickup. Match the tool and cleaning method to the surface rather than treating all carpets and fabrics alike.
A tank-within-a-tank layout separates cleaning solution from recovered water. The machine provides a 6-litre extraction capacity and 9-litre wet capacity, with a 10-metre cable and carry handle for moving between cleaning areas.
Plan the work around fabric suitability, access and drying time. Compare our wet and dry machines or browse the Numatic wet and dry range when choosing equipment for different maintenance tasks.

Directions for Use
Check the material
Read the carpet or upholstery care instructions and test an inconspicuous area for colourfastness before wet extraction. Do not wet-clean material that requires a different method.
Prepare the machine
Follow the Numatic operating instructions when fitting tanks, hose and tools. Use a suitable extraction detergent at its labelled dilution and check the machine setup before starting.
Apply and recover
Work methodically with the appropriate extraction tool. Avoid overwetting, recover the solution and make additional recovery passes where needed. Keep the cable clear of the working area.
Finish and maintain
Allow the cleaned material to dry before returning it to use. Switch off and disconnect the machine before cleaning or maintenance, then empty and clean tanks and tools according to the operating instructions.

FAQs
Does the CT370 apply and recover cleaning solution?
Yes. The PowerFlo pump supplies solution through the extraction tool and the vacuum system recovers dirty water. Follow the operating instructions for the selected cleaning task.
What are the tank capacities?
The CT370 has a 6-litre extraction capacity and a 9-litre wet capacity. These are separate capacities for the machine’s cleaning and recovery functions.
Can it clean upholstery and vehicle interiors?
It can extract-clean suitable upholstery and vehicle fabrics with an appropriate tool. Check the material’s care instructions and colourfastness before applying liquid.
Will carpets be dry immediately after extraction?
No. Drying depends on the material, moisture applied, recovery passes and ventilation. Keep the cleaned area out of normal use until it has dried sufficiently.
Which detergent should I use?
Choose a detergent suitable for extraction cleaning and for the material being cleaned. Follow the detergent dilution instructions and Numatic’s operating guidance.
How should I care for the machine after use?
Disconnect the power before cleaning or maintenance. Empty and clean the tanks and tools as instructed, and store the machine ready for its next job.
