Directions for Use
1. Assess the task and inspect the machine
Read the instructions and check the material to be collected. Inspect the cable, hose, tools and collection components for damage. This machine is for indoor use and is not suitable for hazardous or explosive dust. Unplug it before assembling, changing modes or carrying out maintenance.
2. Assemble for dry collection
Fit the correct NVM-4BH bag and specified dry filter, then secure the head, hose and appropriate floor tool. Check that the drum and components are dry before use. Replace a full or damaged bag and keep the filter and air path clear.
3. Change to wet pickup
With the power disconnected, empty the drum and remove the dry bag and filter arrangement. Fit the specified wet float assembly and wet floor tool as shown in the manual. Check that the float moves correctly. Stop immediately if foam or liquid comes from the exhaust.
4. Empty and maintain after use
Switch off and unplug before emptying. Use the tipping arrangement carefully at a suitable disposal point, accounting for the weight of the collected material. Clean the drum, hose and tools, inspect the float and allow wet components to dry before returning to dry use or indoor storage.

How does WVD900 differ from WV900?
WVD900 is the twin-motor version; WV900 is the single-motor model. Check the full model and product reference when comparing machines or ordering parts, because a similar product name does not establish an identical configuration.
Can it collect liquids with the dry bag fitted?
No. Disconnect the power and change to the wet-use assembly before collecting liquids. The dry bag and filter arrangement must be replaced by the specified float assembly, and the correct wet floor tool must be used.
Are the wet and dry capacities added together?
No. The 40-litre dry and 32-litre wet figures describe alternative working capacities. They do not represent a combined 72-litre tank. Use the capacity for the selected cleaning mode when planning emptying intervals.
Does WVD900 wash carpets?
