The Numatic NTT2003-2 is an industrial dry vacuum for sites that need a large collection container and a mobile machine for ordinary dry debris. Its 80-litre stainless steel drum is mounted on a steel transit chassis, with large rear wheels and a pull handle for moving between work areas.
Three TwinFlo bypass motors sit within the Structofoam power head. Directions for Use
1. Assess the task and inspect the machine
Confirm the debris is dry and non-hazardous. Inspect the cable, hose, tools and filters, and follow the supplied manual. Select the required protective equipment through your workplace risk assessment.
2. Assemble the collection system
Fit the specified filters, suitable Numatic bag and compatible tools as instructed. Check the machine's rating plate against the electrical supply before connecting it. Secure the head and hose before operation.
3. Collect dry debris
Operate indoors on dry material, keeping the hose and tools clear. Do not collect liquids, hot ashes or burning cigarette ends. Switch off and unplug before investigating reduced suction or a blockage.
4. Empty, inspect and store
Disconnect the mains plug before emptying or maintenance. Follow the manual for removing the drum and servicing filters. Check for wear, keep the machine clean and store indoors in a dry location.

Can the NTT2003-2 pick up water or liquid spills?
No. Numatic identifies the NTT2003 as a dry-use vacuum. Keep it out of wet conditions and choose a suitable wet pickup machine when liquid recovery is required. Its stainless steel drum does not make it a wet-and-dry model.
What capacity does the collection drum provide?
The dry container capacity is 80 litres. Check the bag and collection system regularly rather than waiting for a completely full drum, and consider the weight of the collected material when planning emptying and movement around the site.
How many motors are fitted?
The NTT2003 has three TwinFlo bypass motors in its power head. Numatic's published specification lists 1000W per motor. Follow the machine's operating instructions and rating plate when setting it up with the appropriate electrical supply.
