Floor Maintainer Concentrate 1ltr

Selden Lemon Floor Gel is a 5L floor-care product for damp mopping and spray cleaning of suitable surfaces. Its citrus-oil formulation removes dirt and heel marks, and is intended to maintain polished floors without stripping or dulling the polish when used at the recommended dilution. Listed compatible materials include linoleum, PVC, rubber, sealed cork, sealed wood, terrazzo and thermoplastic flooring. Do not use it on unsealed wood or cork. Select the dilution for general mopping or spray burnishing, and follow the floor-care and equipment instructions before starting. Allow the cleaned floor to dry before any appropriate burnishing. This makes Lemon Gel a practical option for regular maintenance where a compatible floor finish is already in place.

Selden F010 Multi-Purpose Floor & Hard Surface Cleaner 5L is a concentrated detergent for removing soil, grease and heel marks. It suits compatible synthetic floors and non-porous hard surfaces in offices, schools, canteens and other busy premises. Its controlled-foam formulation supports routine maintenance as well as heavier cleaning when prepared at the appropriate dilution. Check the surface-care instructions before use. Selden lists linoleum, PVC, rubber, thermoplastic flooring, sealed wood and sealed cork as suitable floors. Do not use on galvanised surfaces, laminate flooring, unsealed wood or unsealed cork. Follow the current label and the manufacturer’s distinct dilutions for light cleaning, general cleaning, heavy-duty cleaning and degreasing. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate.

Flash Multi Purpose Cleaner 5L is a liquid cleaner for routine maintenance of washable hard surfaces and floors. It helps remove everyday dirt, grease and general soiling, making it a practical supply for offices, schools, retail premises, hospitality venues and other buildings with regular janitorial cleaning requirements. The 5-litre container supports repeated cleaning rounds using suitable cloths or mopping equipment. Choose the method and dilution stated on the product label for each task, rather than applying one strength to every surface. Check floor finishes and unfamiliar materials before use, and test an inconspicuous area where appropriate. Work systematically through each space and keep cleaning equipment clean between tasks to support consistent results.

Evans Clean & Shine Floor Maintainer 5L is designed for maintaining floors treated with metallised floor polish. It removes scuff marks and light soiling while helping restore the gloss, making it useful for regular floor-care routines in offices, schools, hotels, shops and other busy premises. The concentrated formula supports both spray cleaning and damp mopping followed by burnishing. Use the correct dilution, floor pad and machine setup for the cleaning method, following Evans' instructions and the flooring manufacturer's guidance. Sweep away loose debris first and allow damp-mopped floors to dry before burnishing. Available from Astral Hygiene with UK-wide delivery, Clean & Shine helps cleaning teams maintain suitable polished floors alongside their floor polish, mopping equipment and other maintenance supplies.
