Flash Multi Purpose Cleaner

Selden Lemon Floor Gel is a 5L floor-care product for damp mopping and spray cleaning of suitable surfaces. Its citrus-oil formulation removes dirt and heel marks, and is intended to maintain polished floors without stripping or dulling the polish when used at the recommended dilution. Listed compatible materials include linoleum, PVC, rubber, sealed cork, sealed wood, terrazzo and thermoplastic flooring. Do not use it on unsealed wood or cork. Select the dilution for general mopping or spray burnishing, and follow the floor-care and equipment instructions before starting. Allow the cleaned floor to dry before any appropriate burnishing. This makes Lemon Gel a practical option for regular maintenance where a compatible floor finish is already in place.

Selden V710 Lemon Disinfectant Concentrate combines general disinfection and odour control for suitable non-food floors, walls and drains. Its clear yellow formulation contains quaternary ammonium compounds and cleaning agents, with a lemon fragrance that freshens areas where unpleasant smells build up. The 1-litre bottle includes an upper reservoir for measuring concentrate. Selden’s task sheet specifies a 1:400 working dilution, or 0.25% product, for basic disinfection and hard-surface disinfecting. Follow the bottle’s pictorial guide for the required container and water quantity. Use V710 in suitable non-food areas of offices, schools, nursing homes and factories. Keep it out of food preparation and serving areas, and wear gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate.

Selden F010 Multi-Purpose Floor & Hard Surface Cleaner 5L is a concentrated detergent for removing soil, grease and heel marks. It suits compatible synthetic floors and non-porous hard surfaces in offices, schools, canteens and other busy premises. Its controlled-foam formulation supports routine maintenance as well as heavier cleaning when prepared at the appropriate dilution. Check the surface-care instructions before use. Selden lists linoleum, PVC, rubber, thermoplastic flooring, sealed wood and sealed cork as suitable floors. Do not use on galvanised surfaces, laminate flooring, unsealed wood or unsealed cork. Follow the current label and the manufacturer’s distinct dilutions for light cleaning, general cleaning, heavy-duty cleaning and degreasing. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate.
