A771 - PW3 Mechanic 540 PU Reinforced Palm Glove

The Portwest A673 puts Cut Level F performance into an 18-gauge glove with a nitrile foam palm. It gives buyers a fine-knit option to compare when a general handling glove’s cut rating is insufficient for the task. A reinforced thumb-to-forefinger area covers a frequent gripping wear point, while the glove’s back remains uncoated. Black sizes XS to XXL are listed here. The A673 also supports many touchscreen devices, which can help when work involves checking a handheld screen between handling operations. Compare fit, coating and the full EN 388 code with other Cut F models before buying for a team. A laboratory cut rating does not make the glove cut-proof or establish chemical protection.

Portwest A660 gloves combine an 18-gauge cut-resistant liner with a smooth polyurethane palm coating. They are an option for precision handling where the task needs Cut Level E performance and a fine-knit construction. Reinforcement between the thumb and forefinger covers a common wear area when gripping components or tools. Astral Hygiene lists this black glove in sizes XS to XXL. The A660 supports use with many touchscreen devices, helping teams check a screen without routinely removing their gloves; test compatibility with your own equipment. Compare its PU palm against nitrile-coated alternatives for your handling conditions. Confirm the size and supplied protection markings before ordering for the wider team, and remember that cut resistance is not cut-proof protection.

Portwest A661 gloves use a nitrile foam palm over an 18-gauge cut-resistant liner. They offer a coating alternative to the PU-coated A660 when buyers are comparing gloves for wet and dry handling. The liner combines HPPE, nylon and steel fibre, with reinforcement at the thumb-to-forefinger area where repeated gripping can concentrate wear. This listing offers black gloves in sizes XS to XXL. Cut Level E and ANSI A5 performance are documented for the model, alongside compatibility with many touchscreen devices. Test the glove on your actual workpieces and screens before standardising it across a team. The foam palm supports handling; it does not turn an open-backed glove into a waterproof or chemical-resistant protective glove.

Portwest A770 utility gloves use a synthetic leather palm with reinforcement around the thumb and fingertips. The wrist strap lets the wearer adjust the closure, making this a different fit option from a simple knitted cuff. For buyers comparing mechanic-style gloves, those contact areas and fastening details are useful points to assess on the actual job. This black/yellow model is listed in sizes S to XXL and supports use with many touchscreen devices. Reflective tape is included on the glove, while the linked data sheet records EN 388 mechanical performance of 2121X. Check that rating against the task before ordering. Trial the fit and screen compatibility with your team’s equipment rather than assuming one utility glove suits every operation.
