Suma Grill D9 Oven & Grill Cleaner 2 x 5L
Suma Grill D9 is for the cooking residues that need a periodic equipment clean in a professional kitchen. Its strong alkaline action tackles heavy grease and carbonised food on suitable ovens, grills and salamanders, helping catering teams remove deposits left behind during repeated cooking and service.
The formulation combines alkali, surfactants and solvents to loosen stubborn soil. Use it on compatible stainless-steel equipment according to the appliance guidance, then remove the loosened deposits with a suitable brush or scourer. The recommended foam trigger and extension lance improve reach while reducing mist during application.
Two 5-litre containers provide a bulk supply for planned kitchen-equipment cleaning. D9 is used neat for the specified oven and grill method, while fryer and extractor cleaning use separate diluted procedures. Keeping those methods distinct lets staff prepare the correct working strength for the equipment being cleaned.
Build each clean around the product instructions, the appliance's safe cleaning procedure and a thorough final rinse. Allow equipment to cool to the specified temperature before applying the product, observe the required contact time and remove all cleaning residues before the equipment returns to service. D9 is a professional corrosive cleaner, so appropriate protection and controlled application are essential parts of the job.

The pack supplies two 5-litre containers, giving 10 litres of Suma Grill D9. The oven and grill method uses neat product; other equipment requires its own diluted procedure.
What deposits does D9 remove?
D9 is designed for periodic removal of heavy grease and carbonised food from suitable ovens, grills and salamanders. Its alkaline detergent formulation loosens stubborn cooking residues before brushing and rinsing.
Can D9 be used on aluminium or copper?
