78422 - Helly Hansen Manchester Mid Work Boot
The Helly Hansen Manchester Mid S3 is designed as a lightweight mid-cut safety shoe aimed at providing everyday protection with added ankle support. The upper is constructed from ripstop polyester with microfiber overlays, giving a balance of durability, flexibility and breathability for long work shifts.
Protection is provided by a composite safety toe cap combined with a composite, metal-free nail penetration protection midsole. This ensures full S3-level safety while reducing weight compared to traditional steel components.
For durability and structure, the shoe includes moulded TPU toe bumpers and heel overlays, helping protect high-wear areas from abrasion and impact damage. Reflective detailing is also included to improve visibility in low-light working conditions.
Comfort is supported by a moisture-wicking and breathable air mesh lining that helps regulate temperature and manage moisture during extended wear. An open-cell PU footbed provides cushioning and long-lasting comfort, while the EVA midsole with rubber outsole helps absorb shock and improve underfoot stability.
The outsole is designed for grip and durability, offering slip resistance along with antistatic properties, heel energy absorption and general workplace traction across varied surfaces.
