The FD01 Compositelite Traction Boot is engineered for heavy-duty performance, combining advanced safety protection with comfort-focused design. The upper is made from durable buffalo crazy horse leather, offering strong abrasion resistance and long-lasting wear while maintaining flexibility for daily use. A waterproof and breathable membrane helps keep feet dry in wet and challenging environments.
Protection is provided by a lightweight composite toe cap and a composite penetration-resistant midsole, delivering full S7L-level safety without metal components. This makes the boot significantly lighter than traditional steel alternatives while maintaining high protection standards against impact and underfoot hazards.
A key feature of the FD01 is its side zip system, allowing quick on-and-off access without removing laces. The boot also features engineered ankle support and an angled top line to improve fit and flexibility during movement.
Comfort is enhanced through a lightweight PU cushioned midsole and an energy-absorbing heel region, designed to reduce fatigue during long shifts. A removable PU footbed provides additional underfoot cushioning and support.
The outsole is a dual-density PU/rubber construction designed for grip, durability and stability. It is SRC slip resistant, fuel and oil resistant, antistatic, and heat resistant up to 300°C.
