The Caterpillar Powerplant Dealer Safety Boot is designed for workers who prefer the convenience of a pull-on boot without compromising on protection. Constructed from premium full-grain leather, the upper provides durability and a rugged appearance, while twin elasticated gussets allow easy foot entry and a comfortable fit. A leather pull-on loop further enhances convenience when putting the boots on.
Protection is provided by a 200-joule steel toe cap and a penetration-resistant midsole, helping to safeguard against workplace impact and underfoot hazards. The boot is certified to EN ISO 20345 SBP standards, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and trade applications.
A key feature of the Powerplant is its Goodyear welted construction, a traditional manufacturing method renowned for strength, durability and long service life. Triple-stitched seams further reinforce the boot's construction, helping it withstand demanding daily use.
Inside, a removable PU footbed provides cushioning and support, while the padded PU collar enhances comfort around the ankle. The energy-absorbing heel helps reduce impact stress during prolonged walking and standing.
The Goodyear welted nitrile rubber outsole delivers excellent durability and traction. It is heat resistant up to 300°C, fuel and oil resistant, and slip resistant, making the boot suitable for workshops, engineering environments, construction sites and general industrial use.
