Directions for Use
Supply the concentrate undiluted to the designated automatic dosing system. For dishwashers and cabinet glasswashers, recommended working concentrations are 0.1% in soft water, 0.2% in medium water and 0.4% in hard water.
For combi ovens, use through the integral rinse dosing system where permitted by the equipment manufacturer. Delphis gives a normal range of 0.1–0.4%, adjusted through the oven controls.
Safety & Storage
The concentrate causes skin irritation and serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and eye protection, with protective clothing as specified in the safety data sheet. Store in the original, tightly closed container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep separate from other chemicals.
