Bryta Professional Heavy Duty Kitchen Cleaner & Degreaser
Bryta Heavy Duty Cleaner & Degreaser 2 x5, formerly known as Brillo Cleaner & Degreaser, is a concentrated professional detergent developed for demanding kitchen and food preparation cleaning.
Its powerful formulation penetrates, lifts and dissolves stubborn animal fats, grease, blood, protein and other ground-in food soiling, reducing the need for excessive scrubbing and making it particularly suitable for busy commercial kitchens and food-service environments.
Unlike highly caustic heavy-duty cleaning products, Bryta uses a non-caustic blend of detergents and solvents to provide effective grease removal while remaining suitable for a broad range of appropriate kitchen surfaces.
Powerful Commercial Kitchen Degreasing
Commercial kitchens generate persistent grease, fats and food contamination across floors, walls, equipment and cooking areas.
Bryta Cleaner & Degreaser is specifically formulated to tackle these demanding soils, providing a versatile professional cleaning solution for routine cleaning and heavier degreasing tasks.
Suitable applications include:
- Commercial kitchen floors
- Walls and doors
- Cooker tops
- Canopies and extraction filters
- Kitchen equipment
- Grease traps
- Drains and gullies
- Food preparation areas
- Other appropriate washable kitchen surfaces
Non-Caustic Professional Degreaser
Bryta has a non-caustic formulation.
Bryta combines detergents and solvents to penetrate and remove heavy greasy contamination without relying on a conventional caustic degreasing formulation.
Odourless & Non-Tainting
Bryta Cleaner & Degreaser is odourless and non-tainting, making it particularly useful for appropriate cleaning applications within food preparation environments.
Its easy-rinsing formulation helps provide effective cleaning while avoiding unnecessary fragrance within professional food areas.
Suitable for Aluminium
This is another important differentiator worth highlighting.
The manufacturer's Brillo product information identifies the product as safe for aluminium, giving it a wider range of potential kitchen-cleaning applications than aggressive caustic degreasers that can damage aluminium surfaces.
I'd make this benefit highly visible because customers actively look for aluminium-safe degreasers.
