These bags are compostable, however to catalyse the compostabiliity of these bags, these bags and their contents must be disposed of in a compostable waste service as the temperature and the composting environment have to be just right to allow the bag to compost.

Compostable bags should not be disposed of in to your recycling waste, as they contaminate this waste and are not intended for disposal in recycling waste.
