Delivery is by Royal Mail or Carrier eg DHL. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (20 %) unless otherwise specified. Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984. All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods. Delivery, please allow 28 days for delivery, Most items are dispatched next day. For exchange you will need to supply a copy of your receipt. If the goods are found to be defective we will send a replacement within 28 days. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. If payment is to be made by Visa, Mastercard, and Switch, your card will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass you name and address to ANY third parties. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is unopened. There may be a re-stocking charge up to 35% of the cost of the items and the return postage, dependent on the size of the consignment & the type of product and reason for return. Goods are not sold on a trial basis except where specifically stated. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. Account Terms Payment of the Price and VAT shall be due within 30 days of invoice unless other credit terms have been agreed. In the event that the Contract requires payment to be made to Us before the delivery of the Goods this will be communicated to You before We accept your order.You must accept such provision before your order will be processed and payment in cleared funds will then be due before delivery. Time for payment shall be of the essence. Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at the rate permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgment. If you fail to make any payment on the due date then without prejudice to any of our other rights We may;
You may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to Us by reason of any right of set off or counter claim which You may have or allege to have for any reason whatever. We shall be entitled at all times to set off any debt or claim of whatever nature which We may have against You against any sums due by Us to You. All goods remain the property of Astral Hygiene until all sums owing are paid in full. Astral Hygiene Reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights. Privacy Policy By accepting the Privacy Policy you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information and direct us to do so in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. Astral Hygiene will not store any debit or credit card details on our system. Once the transaction is complete, this information will be deleted.
