Description
Suma Tab D4 tab is a concentrated tablet for disinfection of all surfaces
including food contact surfaces and also suitable for disinfection of vegetables.

Key properties
Suma Tab D4 tab is a concentrated tablet very effective as a disinfectant for
use on all food and non-food contact surfaces. The product is a stabilised
chlorine tablet, easily soluble in water and very effective as a disinfectant
against a wide range of micro-organisms, in all water conditions. One tablet per
10 litre water delivers 150 ppm active chlorine.
Suma Tab D4 tab contains a Chlorine release agent which makes it also very
effective for disinfecting salads, tomatoes, vegetables etc.

Use instructions
For soiled areas, always pre-clean with a JohnsonDiversey detergent and rinse
with water.
General disinfection:
1. Prepare a solution with 1 tablet in 5 litre hand warm water
2. Apply to surfaces with cloth, brush or mop
3. Leave for 5 minutes
4. Rinse food contact surfaces thoroughly with clean water

Disinfection of vegetables:
1. Rinse vegetables with water
2. Prepare a solution of 1 tablet in 20L water ensuring tablet is completely
dissolved before use
3. Immerse the vegetables in the solution for at least 5 minutes
4. Rinse with clean water
Replace lid after use.

Microbiological data
EST suspension tests from TNO:
Food hygiene: 1 tablet in 5L water passed the EST suspension test for food hygiene with a 5 minute contact time.
Medical care: 1 tablet in 5L water passed the EST suspension test for food hygiene with a 5 minute contact time.
Myco-bactericidal test: 1 tablet in 1L water showed the 5 log reduction on the strain Mycobacterium terrae with a 5 minute contact time.
EN1276 (August 2001): 1 tablet in 10L in hard water (300ppm as CaCO3), low soil (0.03% bovine albumin) with a 5 minute contact time.
EN1650 (February 1998): 1 tablet in 5L in hard water (300ppm as CaCO3), low soil (0.03% bovine albumin) with a 15 minute contact time against test strain of Candida albicans.
